Cancellation Policy for Subscription Plans

If you are having issues with a product, there may be other options before you return it:

Subscriptions cancellation process

We want you to be satisfied with your subscription purchase.

  • You may cancel anytime during your subscription before your subscription auto-renews. Your credit card will not be charged again. However, there is no pro-rating the subscription amount based on the number of days.
  • Third party publisher songs are not included in the Rock Prodigy subscription plans.
  • Only subscriptions that have been purchased directly from Music Prodigy (e.g., www.RockProdigy.com) can be cancelled in this manner.
  • Music Prodigy subscriptions purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy (e.g. Apple iTunes App Store, Windows Store, or Google Play Store).

Products eligible for return and exchange

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased and requesting a refund:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it to receive a refund.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Music Prodigy (e.g., www.RockProdigy.com) can be returned and are eligible for a refund.
  • Music Prodigy products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy (e.g. Apple iTunes App Store, Windows Store, or Google Play Store).

Music Prodigy mistakes

We work hard to ensure that we always get your order right the first time, but we realize that sometimes we do make mistakes. If we’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@rockprodigy.com so that we can work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Downloadable software

Returns for downloadable software products will be honored for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

To return downloadable software:

  1. Confirm your order was placed within the last thirty (30) days.
  2. Uninstall the software from your computer:
  • Windows 8, Windows 7 and Vista: In Control Panel, go to Programs and Features, and then click Uninstall a program.
  • Windows XP: In Control Panel, go to Add/Remove Programs, and then click Uninstall a program.

3. Send an email to contact@rockprodigy.com to request a return. You will be asked to confirm that you have uninstalled the software and have not made any copies of the software. We may also ask you to sign an electronic Letter of Destruction as a condition of your return. After confirmation you have uninstalled your licensed copy of Rock Prodigy, your account will be disabled and you will not be able to use the software in the future. Music Prodigy will then issue a credit to the same credit card you used to purchase and send you a receipt by email.
